Ik ben van mening dat cannabis iets is dat voorbehouden mag blijven aan een groep van mensen die er in geinteresseerd zijn. Ik bekijk cannabis dan ook niet zomaar als een soort drug, het is gewoon een andere beleving . dit in schril contrast tot de roes die alcohol bvb voortbrengt.
En daaruit voortvloeiend vind ik het logisch dat met de middelen die tegenwoordig beschikbaar een gebruiker thuis zou moeten kweken. Op die manier ben je automatisch veel meer met de plant bezig en veel sterker geinteresseerd in het begrip "cannabis". Ik vind wel dat de overheid een sterker signaal zou mogen geven waardoor
thuiskwekers ( van KLEINE hoeveelheden wel te verstaan!!!) zich meer op hun gemak zouden voelen. |

Overheidscontrole is nodig, al kan deze vele vormen aannemen. Verspreiding via apothekers of "coffeeshops" lijkt mij het zinvolst mits de prijzen behoorlijk blijven (geen fiscale absurditeiten).

Het feit dat bier sociaal aanvaard is (terwijl een degoutante dronkenlap mij meer stoort dan een stoner)en softdrugs niet, is puur en alleen gekomen door conservatieve invloeden en sluit mooi aan bij het woord 'TABOE'.
Men redeneert dat de link naar andere drugs snel gelegd is, wat in realiteit niét zo is.
Iemand die een biertje drinkt verlangt die dan ook zowiezo naar méér of iets anders?

De misère begint pas als je de terug aan de andere kant van onze prachtige grens bent. Wij Belgen hebben dus twee keuzes, ofwel kweken ofwel meedoen aan crimaliteit en kopen via de dealer. En u weet, ook die dealers blijven niet evident. Het kan dus niet anders dan dat België coffeeshops moet krijgen, het probleem is dat dit "stijve truttenland" nooit cannabis zal legaliseren omdat het haar imago naar de buitenwereld toe niet wenst te beschadigen. Wie is de dupe van het hpocriete gedrag van de staat en de politie? Idd, de sporadische en dagelijkse cannabisgebruiker, die als een beest behandeld wordt als hij betrapt wordt met cannabis. Persoonlijk vind ik het een discriminerend gevoel dat wij als kinderen behandeld worden in vergelijking met een Nederlandse burger. Wat ik nog discriminerender vindt is het feit dat minderjarigen er 'zomaar vanafkomen' als zij betrapt worden. Ik ga ervan uit dat het drugsdossier nog steeds bij mevrouw Onckelinckx zit, maar kent zij eigenlijk de verklaring van het woord 'joint'? Doe aub normaal en geef dat dossier aan van Quickenborne. We zijn allemaal gedoemd om een 'robot van de maatschappij' te worden en samen te werken aan het imago van ons land, dus waarom zouden wij hier dan niet mogen blowen? |

waarom? Wel, jullie als blowers - Don't get me wrong ik ben er ook één - denken duidelijk enkel maar na vanuit jullie standpunt en zien de negatieve gevolgen van een legalisatie niet echt in.
Volgens mij kan je coffeeshops enkel haalbaar maken als je:
1. Oftewel zware overheidscontrole uitvoert. Uw gebruikers registreert en enkel verkoopt aan mensen met de Belgische nationaliteit.
2. Oftewel moeten AL onze buurlanden ook meedoen.
waarom dit? Het is bewezen dat het drugsbeleid in Nederland op vele plaatsen NIET werkt. Er is daar overlast van drugstoeristen. Dit lijkt voor ons inderdaad niet zo erg, maar je zal maar aan een coffeeshop wonen die dagelijks honderden gebruikers tevreden stelt. Dit is een groot nadeel voor vele mensen en wat kan de staat daar als voordeel tegenover zetten??? Dit gaat rond als een lopend vuurtje bij de rest van de bevolking ook want tegenwoordig blazen ze die zaken dan nog op op televisie. Door dit toedoen gaat iedereen wiet met = SLECHT, STOREND associëren wat het uiteindelijk niet is maar het gaat wel gebeuren. Zo zal ons feestje niet lang duren en is de kans dat er ooit terug een kans komt op legalisatie - nadat ze het weer hebben afgelast op publieke aanvraag - erg klein.
Dus een coffeeshop KAN, maar dan onder die strikte voorwaarden zodat we de vrede kunnen bewaren voor IEDEREEN. Enkel dan zal het werken. En met overheidscontrole bedoel ik dus geen kwaliteitscontrole! Hehe, dat zou wel al te gek zijn :) Het zou wel kunnen maar dan denk ik niet dat je je dat moet voorstellen, zoals sommigen dat hier doen, dat Guy Verhofstadt zijne zondag gaat uittrekken om naar de CannaProeverij te gaan ^^ haha. Ik denk wel dat er dan professionals zich daarmee zouden bezighouden en ik ben er zeker van dat iemand met universitaire studies biologie or whatever nog wel een fijner wietje kan kweken als de meeste onder ons.
Een eigen kweekje vind ik super! En toegegeven: niet iedereen kan dit zetten maar iedereen kent onder zulke omstandigheden allicht wel 1 kameraad die het hem aan inkoopprijs - wat wil zeggen: voeding en elektriciteitsfactuur - wil verkopen. Beperking op het aantal planten moet dan maar voorkomen dat bepaalde personen groothandelaars worden.
Nou ja, ik woon heel dicht tegen de grens dus ik heb dit allemaal niet echt nodig omdat er hier coffeeshops in overvloed zijn maar ik heb in vele Nederlandse steden de verkoop toch al zien uitwijken en zelfs volledig zien verdwijnen. En dit, mede, doordat wij, belgjes, daar voor te zware traffic zorgen. Ik wil niet dat de fransmannen ons hetzelfde kunnen lappen. Enkel Nederland zal daarmee tevreden zijn.
Nog 1 ding dat toch wel wil aanwijzen dat ik hier met het beleid in België wel tevreden ben op gebied van drugsbeleid (tmoet niet altijd negatief zijn he :), maar de praktische toepassing hangt veel af van arrondissement tot arrondissement) Ik ben enkele maanden geleden tegengehouden met 2 kameraden met de auto. Ons eigen fout want we stonden aan een tankstation (snachts) en na het tanken moesten we alle 3 dringend pissen... Nu reed daar juist een blinde wagen voorbij lol en die zag ons spurten naar dat gebouw (om tegen te pissen dus) Wij worden aangehouden omdat ze dachten dat we gingen inbreken en mn kameraad had iets van een 3-5gr op zak en een voorgerolde joint. Maar, wij zijn nogal nuchter over wat we doen en zien daar effectief het kwaad niet van in van nu en dan eens wiet te roken. Maw wij waren heel rustig tegen die mannen, direct alles afgegeven en meegewerkt... resultaat: we hebben onze wiet en die voorgerolde joint teruggekregen! Wat ik wil zeggen: het gaat ook veel om attitude: Voor wie denk je dat de staat cannabis wil legaliseren? Voor de sakkerende mensen die zeggen dat de staat nooit iets goed doet, die zeggen peace man! wiet is goed maar laat me aub niet denken over de negatieve gevolgen ervan of voor die 30% van de belgische bevolking die ook roken, het rationeel g
